How many people does your facility hold?
We have three special event rooms. The Susitna Room holds up to 15 people. The Denali Room holds up to 80 people for a sit down event; 110 for a cocktail reception. The Foraker Room holds up to 170 for a sit down event; 250 for a cocktail reception.
How many people can fit at a table?
Our tables can seat up to 10 people.
Do you allow any outside food?
No. The only outside food allowed are wedding cakes. We have an excellent chef and staff to provide all your catering needs.
How long is a standard room reservation?
6 hours. Additional time is available for $200 per hour.
Can we put up decorations?
Yes. We have many hooks around the perimeter of the rooms and dance floor areas. We ask that anything put up be taken down at the end of the event. Please, no nails or heavy tape.
Are you open year round?
Yes. The restaurant is open regular hours May-September, but special events can be reserved all year round.
Do you have a dressing area?
We suggest you dress before arriving. There are public restrooms/locker rooms available, but they provide no privacy. A bridal dressing area can be reserved for weddings.
Do you have an outside wedding area?
Yes. It is located on the edge of the pond on the west side of the clubhouse. The 18th green provides a beautiful background. Outdoor wedding chairs are available for rent for seating up to 75.
Are we allowed to go on the golf course to have pictures taken?
No. Unfortunately, it is unsafe and a distraction to our golfing customers. We do have areas available for pictures.
Do you have ample parking?
We have free parking available for up to 300 vehicles.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes. We have free Wi-Fi throughout our entire facility.
What does it cost to rent your event space?
Our special event rooms have variable room rental rates and required food and beverage minimums based upon the day of the week and month of the year. Please complete our event inquiry form to receive pricing information for your event.
Do you rent A/V equipment?
Yes. The Denali and Foraker Rooms both have a built-in sound system. A wireless microphone and LCD projector package are available for rental.
Are you open year-round?
Yes. The restaurant is open regular hours year-round with extended hours May-September. Special events can be reserved in any season.
